The tutorials and interface have been reworked and the game guides players into its many complex rules more efficiently than ever before. Hearts of Iron IV is the most inviting entry to come out of Paradox Interactive’s historical grand strategy series. Will Germany triumph? Will Soviet Russia seize control of the war when the timing is right? Will one of the allied superpowers betray the others? Or perhaps it will play out as it was supposed to. In Hearts of Iron IV, it’s up to you to take control of one control and move as history moved or carve your own path through the scarred lands of Europe and change the trajectory of events forever. The Nazis are seizing control of Europe and the Allied powers have banded together to put an end to Hitler’s ambitions. It’s the late 1930s and the world stands on the brink of a new and terrifying war.
